Our Story
A legacy is not measured only by what we achieve, but by what we leave better because we were here.
The Philippine Legacy Gala is a distinguished annual celebration of Filipino heritage, excellence, leadership, service, and philanthropy.
It brings together individuals, families, corporations, institutions, philanthropists, cultural leaders, healthcare professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and young changemakers who share a belief that success carries a responsibility to create meaningful impact.
More than an elegant gathering, it is a platform where heritage meets purpose, excellence meets responsibility, and celebration becomes service — honoring Filipinos and those who champion the Filipino community while creating opportunities to support people in need.
Our Mission
To honor and elevate Filipino culture through leadership, service, philanthropy, and purposeful celebration, ensuring that our heritage is not only remembered, but lived and carried forward by future generations.
- Celebrate Filipino culture, history, arts, traditions, and identity.
- Recognize individuals, organizations, and companies whose work creates meaningful impact.
- Mobilize resources for underserved and marginalized communities.
- Build partnerships across philanthropy, business, culture, healthcare, education, and social service.
- Inspire young people to understand that achievement carries a responsibility to serve.
- Promote compassion, dignity, sustainability, opportunity, and hope.
Our Vision
We envision a Philippines where no one is forgotten, no potential is overlooked, and no community is left without hope.
We believe a stronger society is created when people of different generations, professions, backgrounds, and resources come together with a shared sense of responsibility.
The Philippine Legacy Gala aspires to become a premier platform for Filipino cultural celebration, recognition, philanthropy, and social impact—one that celebrates excellence while helping communities rise, rebuild, and thrive.
Our vision is not simply to celebrate a legacy, but to inspire the next one.
Our Values
The principles that shape our work, partnerships, and purpose.
Cultural Pride
We celebrate the richness of Filipino heritage and believe culture becomes truly meaningful when it is shared across generations.
Compassion
We recognize the dignity of every person and believe meaningful service begins with empathy and understanding.
Bayanihan
We believe lasting change happens when people unite their strengths, resources, and talents for a common purpose.
Excellence
We pursue excellence in our work, our partnerships, and the experiences we create because meaningful causes deserve our very best.
Integrity
We believe trust, accountability, sincerity, and responsible stewardship are essential to creating a lasting legacy.
Service
We believe the highest expression of leadership is the willingness to use one's gifts, influence, and resources for the benefit of others.
Leadership
A gala should not simply celebrate success - it should give success a greater purpose.

Our vision extends beyond one evening. It is a commitment to creating meaningful partnerships, strengthening charitable initiatives, recognizing excellence, and building a culture where generosity becomes a sustained force for positive change.
At the center of this commitment is the Gala’s relationship with Philippine Missionari della Fondazione di Carità, Inc. (PhilMissionari) and its charitable work.
The leadership believes that the most meaningful legacy is not defined by titles, possessions, or recognition – It is defined by the lives made better because we were here.
A Legacy told through themes
Each Philippine Legacy Gala carries a distinctive theme inspired by history, culture, identity, and the connections that have shaped the Filipino story.
The Impalpable Dream of España
A celebration of the historical and cultural relationship between the Philippines and Spain, exploring influences that continue to shape Filipino language, traditions, faith, architecture, arts, and identity.
The Silent Crown – The Royalty
A celebration of the quiet nobility within the Filipino spirit.
The Silent Crown explores a form of royalty that is not defined by wealth, titles, or status, but by character, dignity, generosity, resilience, and service.
It honors those who lead without seeking applause, serve without demanding recognition, and give without expecting anything in return.
Because sometimes, the greatest crowns are the ones we never see.
PhilMissionari
Turning compassion into sustainable service.
The Gala supports the mission of The Philippine Missionari della Fondazione di Carità, Inc. (PhilMissionari), an organization dedicated to serving communities and individuals experiencing vulnerability and hardship.
Through collaboration, fundraising, advocacy and community engagement, the Gala helps strengthen initiatives that respond to essential human needs while creating pathways toward dignity, opportunity, empowerment and sustainability.
Philanthropy should not end with giving — it should lead to transformation.

Hope Haven Sanctuary International
Envisioned as a place of comprehensive support for vulnerable individuals and communities — where people are met not simply with assistance, but with dignity, safety, compassion, care, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.
The Philippine Legacy Platform
The Philippine Legacy vision extends beyond the Gala itself. It is a growing platform where culture, storytelling, youth leadership, service, sustainability, innovation and philanthropy come together.
All Smiles
A publication celebrating the people, stories, ideas and acts of kindness that make communities stronger. Its philosophy follows Mother Teresa: “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.” Every story begins with one question — will this leave someone better, happier, or more hopeful?
Pulse & Precision
A Student-Led • Service & Sustainability • STEM for Impact ASA
Turn STEM Into Service — Serve with Purpose.
Pulse & Precision was founded by Julia Tan, a student at British School Manila, with Jade Tan and Jude Tan as co-founders. Together, they established a student-led initiative that brings together STEM, service and sustainability, empowering young people to transform what they learn into meaningful action.
Built on the belief that education becomes more powerful when knowledge is used with purpose, Pulse & Precision creates opportunities for students in Years 8–13 to explore how science, technology, engineering and mathematics can respond to genuine community needs.
Its approach follows a simple but purposeful pathway:
LEARN → APPLY → SERVE → MEASURE → SUSTAIN
Students move beyond classroom learning to develop practical skills, leadership, responsibility and compassion through service-learning, professional mentorship, community engagement, fundraising, health and nutrition initiatives, and student-led projects.
At the heart of Pulse & Precision are six flagship programs spanning healthcare access; health and nutrition; medical mission and community outreach; STEM, healthcare and professional learning; community impact, fundraising and awareness; and student leadership and sustainability.
Its inaugural and signature project, Pack-A-Clinic, demonstrates the organization’s STEM-for-service philosophy by engaging students in the responsible preparation and organization of approved healthcare, first-aid, hygiene and educational resources for communities in need.
Philippine Missionari Della Fondazione di Carità, Inc. (PhilMissionari) serves as Pulse & Precision’s Principal Collaborator, helping connect student learning with established humanitarian, healthcare, nutrition and community initiatives.
Pulse & Precision also forms part of the wider purpose-driven ecosystem surrounding The Philippine Legacy, bringing a new generation into a culture of service, responsibility and meaningful contribution.
More than an after-school activity, Pulse & Precision is designed to build something that lasts: young people who understand that achievement carries responsibility, knowledge can serve humanity, and leadership is measured not simply by position, but by what we choose to contribute.
STEM provides the tools.
Service provides the purpose.
Sustainability helps make the impact last.
TURN STEM INTO SERVICE — SERVE WITH PURPOSE.
